Iron Margin was born out of personal experience as the operations manager and direct CEO report of an 8-figure e-commerce health and fitness brand.

I helped build their supply chain from selling domestic only with 1 warehouse, to 8 warehouse internationally across USA, EU, UK, AU, CA, India, and LATAM.

Once the supply chain was built, I found ways to reduce overall COGS by 15%, and uncovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings from reviewing invoices thoroughly.

Starting May 1st, 2025, I am accepting a maximum of 3 clients for cost reduction and supply chain services.
